A Realtor for over 20 years, I started my career in Maine and owned my own firm there. For eight years, Barter & Associates of Damariscotta, Maine was a 5-person sales office with gross annual sales in excess of 8 million dollars. Within the first year after moving to Santa Barbara, I was in the top 20% of real estate agents in the area, and continued in that distinguished group every year. In my eight years in Santa Barbara, I sold over 100 properties for a total of over $55,000,000.
Here in the Tri-Lakes Area, the majority of my very successful business is through referrals from people whom I have helped to buy or sell a home. As the result of satisfied customers, I have succeeded in building a referral base of dozens of people who are happy to recommend my services to their families and friends.
On a personal note, my husband and I enjoy scuba diving, water-skiing, snow skiing, hiking, biking, walking (4 miles every day before breakfast), and riding our motorcycles. I consider the Tri-Lakes and its surrounding communities to be a wonderful place in which to live and to work, which is why I am so successful at what I do best - helping folks to buy and sell residential real estate.
